Returns
You can return an item within 14 days only if:
- The seal has not been broken or the packaging has not been opened
- The product has been damaged within the manufacturer's warranty period
- The original label is still attached if applicable.
- The best-before date has not expired
You cannot return the following items:
- Products that have passed their expiration date
- Products that have already been opened or have had their seal broken
- Where the original label is no longer attached
- Credits or discount coupons can't be exchanged for money.
You can return your order via Royal Mail*.
1. Send an email to cs@bornstrong.co.uk with the order number and the items you want to return.
2. You will receive a return label and return form from us by email.
3. Fill in the return form as complete as possible and add it within the package you want to return.
4. Write the order number clearly on the outside of the package.
5. Drop the parcel at a Royal Mail* post office which you can find here and no shipping costs will be charged.
6. Receive a shipping receipt and keep it safe.
*For Republic of Ireland, please check for your local An Post location here
No, this is not possible, but if you are not happy with the product or if you incorrectly ordered a product, you are allowed to return it and then you will receive a refund.
Please contact our customer service if you want to return your items.
You don't have to pay a return fee for the exceptions below:

You've received an incorrect product.

The product has been delivered damaged.

The product has passed the expiration date.

From the moment the parcel has been received in our warehouse, we will process your return within 14 days. Our team will notify you via email when the parcel has been processed. Once we have processed your return it may take up to 5 working days before you receive the refund on your bank account.
Shipping
Place your order before 4pm on a working day, and we’ll prepare and send it out that same day. We deliver to the United Kingdom*, as well as numerous European destinations. We offer standard delivery and express delivery.

Working days are Monday – Friday. Delivery time is determined in working days from date of dispatch. For example if an order is made Tuesday before 4pm, the 5th working day would be Tuesday next week.
NOTE:
*Sometimes processing times at local customs can take longer than expected, which can impact delivery time.
